How I Think

I pick domains where incentive alignment is the unlock. Healthcare, where acting on data early enough changes outcomes. Prediction markets, where skin in the game surfaces truth. Builder tools, where the right infrastructure lets more people acquire and run businesses.

How I Work

Multiple projects run in parallel. Each one has a hypothesis, leading indicators, and a clear bar for what working looks like. When something shows signal, I double down. When it doesn't, I write down why and move on. Paused projects stay on the site.
