The entrepreneurship-through-acquisition market is exploding but the tooling assumes you have a fund behind you. Torchlight built the operating layer for self-funded searchers, from off-market sourcing to deal structuring. DealFlow, the sourcing engine, was the piece that sold. I paused when automated outreach couldn't reliably surface quality deals in narrow verticals.
